"Team in Action" really was successful in our Talent Development Program. The simulation made an excellent start not just because of the learning but it helped bring the team spirit together. The participants clearly experienced an intense event. It was fascinating to see the passionate commitment generated quickly and this gave an excellent impulse to the rest of our Talent Development Program. People in the program often referred back to the simulation during the four days.
